We have teamed up with Dapper Chap Distillery to pair each dish with a fantastic gin cocktail for dine in.
Ciabatta Australiana
Italian bread served with Native Dukkah, made with lemon myrtle, wattle seed, blood lime, mountain pepperleaf and Murray River salt
Patpangga Pizza
Napoli sauce, pulled beef seasoned with Grey Saltbush and cracked Black Mountain pepper berry, mushrooms, red onion, pineapple, parmesan and mozzarella.
